Shipping policy
Please allow for 48 hours (business) for your order to be fulfilled and processed.
We offer multiple ship speeds and methods at checkout, including:
Ground: Transit time 4-7 business days.
Priority: Transit time 2-3 business days.
Priority Express: Transit time 1 business day
All transit times are after the order is fulfilled and processed, so please add 48 hours (business) processing to the above transit times to calculate the total estimated time.
You will receive a confirmation email regarding your order once placed from support@brvekids.com. You will then also receive an email when your order label has been printed. This email will include your order’s tracking number. You will get an email once your package has been delivered as well.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We currently offer international shipping for Canada via USPS. The cost of shipping will be based on the weight of the package. All shipping costs are DDU- which means you are responsible for any customs / duties or other incurred international clearance charges related to your order. You may get a notification regarding these charges directly from a local carrier which would need to be addressed to receive the shipment.

SHIPPING COSTS
We offer FLAT RATE $7 shipping under $49 (ground) and FREE SHIPPING OVER $49 (ground) in the domestic US. Alternatively, Priority or Priority Express options are available at checkout for an additional fee within the domestic US.
INCORRECT ADDRESS
BRVE will ship your order to the address that is placed within the address menu at checkout. If your computer or smart device “auto-fills” items like your address, please be sure to double check it is the address you are wanting to use for order delivery. We process our orders immediately to ensure the quickest delivery, so it is often impossible to make a change after you've made your purchase.
In the instance you have placed an order and notice that the mailing address is incorrect AND have not yet received a shipping confirmation email, you can email our support team at support@brvekids.com with the subject line ”INCORRECT ADDRESS ORDER #”. Please be sure to provide your order number and updated shipping address in that email. Send this email as soon as you notice the error and we will do our best to remedy the situation. Unfortunately BRVE cannot issue refunds for product or shipping costs when an order is shipped to the wrong address due to incorrect entry.
We try to ship as fast as possible, often within just a few hours. Therefore, once an order is in process we usually cannot stop it. In this case, you may want to reach out to the carrier once tracking is posted and see if they can hold your package at a local facility or redirect it to your correct address.
