Subscription Basics
The print for your order is based on your chosen gender and size. We like to surprise and delight, so you’ll only know for sure when you receive your delivery!
If you order before the 7th of the month, your order will ship by the 10th of that same month. All other first time orders ship the following month, between the 2-10th. After your first order, your next order will process on the 1st of each month based on the subscription frequency you’ve chosen (monthly, every other month etc). Don’t worry, you’ll get emails from us as we prepare your order and ship – so you can be on the lookout for it!
If you’ve purchased a “Pay as You Go” subscription, your first order is paid for at checkout. After that, you’ll be billed on the 1st of the month until you cancel your subscription. After 1 year, you’ll see a nice increase in your subscription discount too- our way of saying thanks for your loyalty!
Easily manage your subscription from your Account page. Get there from the little “person” icon at the top of the site, or via one of your previous subscription emails. Once you’ve logged into your Account there is a “Manage Subscription” button both on your original order and in the top bar. Once on the subscription page, you’ll see upcoming orders as well as those in the past. You can make changes to your order until 1 day prior to your order date. After that, changes will be applied to the next delivery.
Modifying or Changing Your Subscription
Simple! Adjust the size or switch from footie to 2 piece PJs within your Account, by clicking Manage Subscription. Remember deliveries are processed on the 1st of the month, so the day prior is your cutoff for any changes. The change will then be effective for the next delivery.
Because we begin to pack orders as soon as the payment is processed, changes to the processed order are generally not possible. However, you can always contact CustomerService@BRVEkids.com – if we can accommodate your request we absolutely will!
On the 1st of your delivery month, we start to prep and pack your order. The day prior is the cutoff for any modifications. After that, changes will be applied to the next delivery. For example:
Request a change January 31 > Your February 1 order will be adjusted. Request a change February 3> Your March 1 order will be adjusted.
Because we begin to pack orders as soon as the payment is processed, changes to the processed order are generally not possible. However, you can always contact CustomerService@BRVEkids.com – if we can accommodate your request we absolutely will!

That’s easy! Just navigate to Manage Subscription from your Account page. You’ll see “Manage Frequency”. There, you can select from our other subscription frequencies.
If you just need to pause or skip, those buttons are on that same page. Remember, pausing or skipping won’t affect your loyalty. You get an extra discount after your first year!

Remember, pausing or skipping won’t affect your loyalty. You get an extra discount after your first year, so pause or skip instead of cancelling when you need a break!

Your Subscription - Additional Questions
Yes- you can add multiple subscriptions to your cart and checkout together. OR if you are already a subscriber and want to add a second, you can go to your Account, click Manage Subscription and then add the new one by clicking the “Add to Subscription” button. You'll also see your shipping costs adjust- you likely will qualify now for our free shipping threshold!
Unfortunately because subscriptions are already discounted, we are unable to add a second promotional code to your subscription. However, after 1 year of your subscription, you’ll be given an additional ongoing discount. That’s our thank you for your loyalty!
Instead, use your code on other items (maybe even something for the adults!)
Absolutely! From your Subscription page (located inside your Account page), you can click “One Time Only” and then search for the product you’d like to add. Just be sure to do this before the 1st of the month-when begin to prepare your next order- or it will have to wait until the next delivery.
Note that goods when added to orders are NOT reserved. Unfortunately, our system won’t allow this
We retry your payment method 7 times (once per day) – and you will receive a notice of the declined payment. Just update your payment method from “Manage my Subscription” on your Account page before that last try! If you didn’t catch it in time, please reach out to CustomerService@BRVEkids.com – we’ll help get you resituated! Our system tries to charge again on your next scheduled delivery after 7 re-trys.
