Return & Refund policy
Our customers are our #1 priority and we want you to be happy!
We hope you love your purchase, however we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. We accept returns on unused, unworn items purchased from our website within 30 days of purchase. We do NOT accept returns on underwear or swimwear for hygienic reasons.
A return fee of $8.95 covers a portion of shipping & processing, and will be deducted from the refund. There is a $2 additional surcharge for each blanket returned due to weight. To initiate a return, please email us at customerservice@brvekids.com.
In any situation where there is a shipment error on our end or manufacturing defect, please email us at customerservice@brvekids.com with your order number and images of the defect (if applicable) to set up a return so we can make this right! Please inspect all items and send an email regarding shipment errors or manufacturing defects within 30 days of delivery confirmation.
BRVE is not responsible for unreceived orders resulting from address entry errors made by a customer, packages damaged in transit with the carrier, or for unreceived orders marked as delivered by the carrier. Claims for carrier issues can be resolved by contacting the carrier directly.
