All of heaven celebrated on the very first Christmas night when a tiny baby was born in Bethlehem. Angels filled the sky, singing, “Glory to God in the highest, and peace on earth to those He loves!” But this wasn’t just any baby. This was Jesus—the Light of the World—the light God had planned to send from the very beginning.

Wrapped in simple cloths, Jesus lay in a manger surrounded by animals and candle light, while Mary and Joseph looked at Him with joy and wonder. Can you imagine how their hearts must have felt?

And here’s the best part—we get to celebrate Him too! Every Christmas we remember that the King of Kings came to earth as a baby. Without Jesus, the world would still be in darkness.
